Germany has been an important partner for Malaysia in tropical timber trade for many years. The Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) and Malaysian Timber Certification Council (MTCC) have established a close working relationship with the German Timber Trade Federation (GTTF) over the years to facilitate and promote the trade of Malaysian timber products to Germany.
