Committee

The Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) is an independent body established by the MTCC Board of Trustees to ensure disputes within the Malaysian Timber Certification Scheme (MTCS) are handled impartially, transparently, and in accordance with MTCS and PEFC standards.

As the National Governing Body (NGB) for PEFC in Malaysia, MTCC is responsible for the credibility and operation of the MTCS.

The DRC comprises of qualified professionals with expertise in sustainable forest management, ecology, forestry, sociology, and industry:

  3. The functions, membership, and decision-making process of the DRC.
