MTCC announces the retirement of Mr Harnarinder Singh on 30 September 2015, after having served the organisation in a Senior Manager position for more than 15 years.
Mr Harnarinder joined MTCC on 1 September 2000 as Senior Manager (PR/Marketing) when the organisation was at its infancy stage. Mr Harnarinder was responsible for planning and implementing MTCC’s promotional and publicity programmes up till 2008 when he was tasked to lead the Chain of Custody Unit as Senior Manager (Product). It is without a doubt that Mr Harnarinder has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the MTCC as a respectable organisation, and the operation of the MTCS as an internationally recognised forest certification scheme.
On behalf of the MTCC Board and management, we would like to thank Mr Harnarinder for his tremendous contributions to MTCC. Although we will greatly miss him, we are happy for him and wish him well in his new role as the Chief Executive Officer of the new Malaysian Palm Oil Certification Council.
