Trademark
The MTCC Logo is a registered Trade Mark that signifies products originating from sustainably managed forests certified under the MTCS. Apply here to obtain an official MTCC Logo Usage Licence.
The MTCC Logo is copyright material and is a registered Trade Mark owned and managed by MTCC. The use of the MTCC Logo and related MTCC claims in Malaysia is regulated and governed by MTCC. Unauthorised use of this copyright material is prohibited and may lead to legal action. For usage guidelines, please refer to the guidelines here.
To use the MTCC Logo for your certified products, operations, or promotional purposes, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Check your User Classification
Please ensure you fall under one of the following Logo User Groups:

| C | Chain of Custody (COC) Certificate Holders — forest-related industries (e.g. wood processors, manufacturers, timber traders, importers, distributors and retailers) who hold a valid MTCS COC certificate. | |

Step 2:
Logo Application
All applicants must:
- Be a legal entity (company, business or society)
- Be prepared to sign a Logo Usage Licence Agreement with MTCC, which allows public presentation of the organisation’s identification data on an internet-based database
