MTCC has instituted the collection of the PEFC Notification Fee from the PEFC-notified Certification Bodies (CBs) under the MTCS since July 2014. This fee is collected quarterly (January, April, July, and October) and is determined based on the company’s annual total turnover, not solely on the transactions of PEFC certified products.
In alignment with this, MTCC would like to notify that, as of the end of June 2021, PEFC International has successfully migrated to a new database system. As part of this transition, the submission of turnover information from CoC certificate holders has become a mandatory requirement. This information is essential for MTCC to update company details in the PEFC database.
MTCC kindly requests the cooperation of PEFC CoC certificate holders in providing the necessary information related to their company’s turnover upon request. It is important to emphasise that this turnover data will solely be utilised for reference and record-keeping purposes, with no visibility in the public search feature. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
