MTCC has issued a new normative document MC&I 2/2011 dated 16 February 2011 dealing with the Interpretation of Criterion 6.10 of the MC&I(2002). This document supersedes the normative document MC&I 2/2010 dated 7 April 2010.
In addition, MTCC has also issued a guidelines document MC&I 3/2011 dated 16 February 2011 dealing with the Interpretation of the Term ‘Free and Informed Consent’ in the MC&I(2002).
Both documents aim to provide guidance to ensure clear interpretation of the two items mentioned above.
