Comments received during the First Public Comment period for the Review of MC&I(Natural Forest) conducted from 16 November 2015 to 15 January 2016, were tabled for the consideration and decision of the First Meeting of the Standards Review Committee (SRC) held from 12 \u2013 14 April 2016 in Kuala Lumpur. The outcome of the deliberations can be viewed and downloaded here<\/a>. The Secretariat had also circulated the outcome of the deliberations to those stakeholders who have submitted their comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretariat would like to thank all stakeholders for their comments submitted during the First Public Comment period. Any outstanding comments will be deliberated at the second meeting of the SRC scheduled to be held on 21 \u2013 23 September 2016. The Second Meeting of the SRC will prepare the Enquiry Draft 1 of the revised standard, which will take into consideration the proposed streamlining the MC&I(Natural Forest) and MC&I Forest Plantation.v2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
