Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment<\/strong><br>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting and publishing job advertisements, screening applications, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the final selection process.<br>Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires receive the necessary training, orientation, and tools for success.<br>Maintain a proactive talent pipeline by engaging with recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional networks.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>2. Employee Records Management<\/strong><br>Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security in compliance with PDPA and company policies.<br>Manage and update HR databases, including employee personal files, leave records, medical claims, and training records.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>3. Payroll and Compensation Administration<\/strong><br>Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by collecting and verifying data on attendance, overtime, and allowances.<br>Liaise with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>4. Policy Implementation and Compliance<\/strong><br>Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current labour laws and industry best practices.<br>Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and employment regulations.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>5. Employee Engagement &amp; Development<\/strong><br>Coordinate and support the execution of employee engagement programmes, team-building activities, and internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.<br>Organise training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth.<br>Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records of training outcomes.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>6. Performance Management<\/strong><br>Facilitate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of evaluations and proper documentation.<br>Support Senior Executive, Director and CEO in identifying performance gaps and proposing development plans.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>7. Employee Relations<\/strong><br>Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair, respectful, and timely manner.<br>Provide counsel to employees on HR-related matters and promote open communication across all levels.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>8. Reporting and Analytics<\/strong><br>Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and staff development progress.<br>Analyse HR data to support strategic planning and decision-making.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>9. Secretariat Duties:<\/strong><br><strong>Personnel and Remuneration Committee<\/strong><br>Serve as the secretariat by organising and coordinating all committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, compiling and distributing relevant documentation, and recording accurate minutes.<br>Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain confidential records relating to personnel matters, remuneration structures, and employment terms.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Performance and Appraisal Committee<\/strong><br>Provide secretarial support by preparing documentation on staff performance evaluations, appraisal reports, and development plans for review.<br>Facilitate communication between the committee and relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation of performance management processes.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Tender Committee<\/strong><br>Act as the primary liaison for the committee, handling the preparation and distribution of tender documents and evaluation reports.<br>Coordinate meetings, maintain transparent records, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong><u>Administration Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>1.
