The Malaysian Timber Certification Council (MTCC) is a leading organisation championing sustainable forest management practices. We seek a reliable, experienced, and professional Company Driver to support our operations in Klang Valley.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Transportation:
- Safely and punctually transporting company personnel (executives, employees & guest) and/or goods/documents to and from specified locations, following the most efficient routes.
- Handling ad-hoc transport duties and business errands as required (bank deposits, picking up supplies).
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, materials, or luggage as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:
- Performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the company vehicle is in excellent, safe, and clean working condition (interior and exterior).
- Monitoring and arranging for timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair, including checking tires, oil, water, and fuel levels.
- Promptly reporting any accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or mechanical issues to management.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintaining accurate daily logbooks, including mileage, fuel consumption, travel time, and maintenance records.
- Strictly adhering to all Malaysian traffic laws and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring all necessary vehicle documents (road tax, insurance) are valid and up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Competent Driving Licence (CDL) in Malaysia (Class D)
- A minimum of 2 – 5 years of professional driving experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver.
- Must maintain have a good health, a neat clean, presentable and must punctual.
- Excellent driving record with no major traffic violations or criminal convictions.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes in Klang Valley and outside Selangor area and familiar with using GPS/navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps).
- Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and long hour including occasional evenings, weekends, or outstation travel, as required.

- Competitive monthly salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (depending on experience and qualifications).
